StockX needed a compelling video series to clearly explain its system of buying, selling, and placing bids in a visually engaging and authentic way.

The Challenge

The goal was to enhance user understanding while reinforcing the platform’s credibility and ease of use, but the challenge lay in distilling the complexities of StockX’s marketplace into concise, digestible content without losing clarity or authenticity. Additionally, the project required scaling efficiently while meeting a strict deadline.

The Solution

To address these hurdles, we conducted a close discovery phase to ensure accuracy and authenticity in every aspect of the videos. We expanded our subcontractor network to optimize production and structured the content into four distinct videos, each covering a fundamental pillar of the StockX experience—shoes, watches, handbags and streetwear.
